2, 5-oxazolidinedione is prepared as follows: under the condition of heating and stirring at 50 ℃, 20g of valine is dissolved in a dry three-mouth bottle with tetrahydrofuran removed from water, 12g of triphosgene is added with nitrogen, 5g of triphosgene is added one hour later, 2g of triphosgene is added two hours later, and 2g of triphosgene is added until clear; after blowing the obtained reaction product with nitrogen for half an hour, it is sequentially settled with cold n-hexane, cold ethyl acetate is dissolved, cold sodium bicarbonate solution is washed once, and then cold water is washed three times, and the washed product is mixed with anhydrous magnesium sulfate and then dried in the refrigerator overnight; the dried product is filtered, the solvent in the solution is dried, and then recrystallized and dried, valine-N-endocarboxylic anhydride (2, 5-oxazolidinedione) was obtained.
