In vitro study | NSC348884 inhibits nucleolar phosphoprotein by disrupting a hydrophobic structure used in the Oligomerization reaction. By polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis found that it can break the nucleolar protein phosphate oligomer formation. NSC348884 can up-regulate p53 and induce apoptosis. |
In vivo study | Injection of NSC348884 in tumor-bearing mice significantly inhibited tumor invasion and intravascular infiltration. Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in cell necrosis in the experimental group treated with 4H NSC348884, suggesting that the small molecule specifically inhibited its migration process. |
