OVA-FITC - Introduction
FITC fluorescein labeled OVA, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was cross-linked to OVA molecules by direct labeling method, and was purified, protein quantification, FITC concentration and titer identification to make OVA-FITC. & & Ingredients: Each branch contains about 5 mg/ml OVA protein, FITC is about 70-80 μg /ml,0.03% NaN3 & & FITC: excitation EX495nm, emission EM525nm & & stability: -20 ℃ for 1 year (try to avoid repeated freezing and thawing) & & working titer: 10mmol/L PH7.4 PBS for 1:10-20 dilution & & product specifications: 0.5ml, 1ml & & & usage: use of scientific research and teaching experiments & & Precautions: & & 1. Please select the optimal working titer according to the experimental needs. Some experiments can be increased or decreased on the basis of the recommended working titer according to the specific experimental conditions. & & 2. Due to the different antibody dilutions used in each laboratory, the preservation effect of the enzyme-labeled antibody after dilution is different, so it is not recommended to dilute the antibody and store it without experimental proof.
