In vitro study | Tassi slam inhibits the proliferation of human leukemia and lymphoma cells with an ED50 of 7 to 40 μm. LY573636 was also able to induce apoptosis in HL60,Reh, and MD901 cell lines, mainly through reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential and induction of reactive oxygen species. In addition, Tasisulam was also able to produce anti-malignant cell proliferation effects in more than 120 of the 70% cell lines, with an EC50 of less than 50 μm. Tasisulam can cause phase Calu-6 arrest and subsequent apoptosis in A- 375 and G2-M cells. In vitro experiments, Tasisulam was able to inhibit the formation of endothelium-like structures induced by VEGF, FGF and EGF with EC50 of 47,103, and 34 nM, respectively. |
In vivo study | Tassi slam causes morphological features of vascular normalization, including an increase in adventitial cell coverage in vivo and a decrease in tissue hypoxia. Tassulam in a Calu-6 non-small cell lung cancer xenograft model (25 or 50mg/kg, I. v.) exhibits dose-dependent antitumor activity, induces apoptosis, normalizes tumor-associated blood vessels. In addition, Tasisulam exhibited potent anti-tumor activity against a range of in vivo xenografts, including colorectal cancer (HCT-116), melanoma (A-375), gastric cancer (NUGC-3), blood cancer (MV-4-11). And pancreatic cancer (QGP-1). |

TS81557 - Introduction
Tasisulam(Tetrachloroethylene), also known as Tetrachloroethylene or vinyl chloride, is a colorless liquid compound. It has a special odor and is soluble in many organic solvents, but almost insoluble in water.
Tasisulam has a wide range of uses. In industry, it is used as a solvent, especially suitable for dissolving fats, resins, oils, paints and other organic substances. It is also used in the dry cleaning industry to clean clothes because it effectively removes grease and stains. In addition, Tasisulam is also used as a cleaning and degreasing agent for metal surfaces, and can also be used as a refrigerant in the electronics industry.
The method for preparing Tasisulam is mainly through the bromine chlorination reaction of chloroethylene, which is carried out under high temperature conditions. The preparation process requires attention to safety measures, because Tasisulam is a compound that is toxic to the human body. Wear appropriate protective equipment when using or touching Tasisulam to avoid inhalation of vapors or contact with skin. In the process of industrial production and use, good ventilation and exhaust must be carried out to reduce the risk of Tasisulam.
On the premise of safety, the correct use of Tasisulam can give full play to its characteristics and application advantages.
