Abstract:
nano titanium dioxide is an important new inorganic functional material, and its preparation and application have been paid more and more attention. The intermediate products of titanium dioxide produced by sulfuric acid method-titanyl sulfate and metatitanic acid as raw materials to prepare nano-titanium dioxide powder, with a wide range of sources of raw materials, low prices, conducive to industrial production and other advantages, it is an important way to prepare nanometer titanium dioxide powder on a large scale. The preparation process and characteristics of nanometer titanium dioxide by precipitation method, peptization method and hydrothermal method were introduced, and the problems existing in industrial production and their solutions were discussed.
