calcium (S)-2-hydroxypropionate - Introduction
Almost odorless. 120 ℃ loses all crystal water and becomes anhydrous. pH6-7. It dissolves slowly in cold water, dissolves quickly in hot water, and is almost insoluble in ethanol, ether or chloroform. L-calcium lactate is made from starch by natural fermentation. It has breeze and oxidation resistance, is easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, and loses all crystal water at 120 ℃. It has the effect of enhancing activity and stabilizing pH value.
