Summary:
Using rice bran as raw material, calcium phytate was extracted by acid immersion under the action of ultrasonic wave. The effects of acid type, extraction time, pH value of solution and liquid-material ratio on extraction efficiency were studied, and compared with acid leaching without ultrasonic effect. The results showed that the types of the three acids had little effect on the extraction of calcium phytate. Compared with the traditional acid leaching method, the extraction time can be shortened from about 3h to 15m in by ultrasonic acid leaching method, the acidity required for acid leaching is also reduced, and the yield and content of crude calcium phytate are obviously improved.

Discussed the production of calcium phytate and the way to improve the yield, and found a more economical method for the production of calcium phytate by comparing the hydrochloric acid method with the nitric acid method.
