In vitro study | trans-Zeatin is a plant cytokinin, which plays an important role in cell growth, differentiation, and division. trans-Zeatin (20, 40 or 80 μM) inhibits UV-induced MEK/ERK activation, upregulates AQP3 in a time- and dose-dependent manner, and attenuates UV induced loss of AQP3 in keratinocytes (HaCaT cells). UV-induced AQP3 downregulation is blocked by MEK/ERK inhibitors. Trans-Zeatin (80 μM) attenuates UV-induced downregulation of wound healing and water permeability in HaCaT cells. |

biological activity | Trans-Zeatina ((E)-Zeatin) is one of the members of plant growth hormone, which belongs to cytokinin and can regulate cell division, development and nutrition processing. Trans-Zeatina ((E)-Zeatin) inhibited UVB-induced MMP-1 expression, c-Jun activation and ERK,JNK phosphorylation and p38 MAP kinases (MAPKs) in a dose-dependent manner. |

use | 1. promote callus germination (must be combined with auxin) at a concentration of 1ppm. 2. Promote fruit setting, zeatin 100ppm GA3 500ppm NAA20ppm, spray fruit 10, 25, 40 days after flowering. 3. Leaf vegetables, sprayed at 20ppm, can delay yellowing of leaves. In addition, the treatment of some crop seeds can promote germination; seedling treatment can promote growth. scientific research, experiment, intermediate 1. promote callus germination (must be combined with auxin), concentration of 1mg/L. 2.
