NaHCO3 and brine. After drying, the solvent (Na2SO4) was removed, and the residue was purified by column chromatography (silica gel, PE:EtOAc 8:2). Dipeptide 1 (4.08g, 10.4 mmol, 87%) is colorless resin. |
