Abstract:
The synthesis of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate from dipentaerythritol and acrylic acid was studied. The Effects of catalyst, type and amount of polymerization inhibitor, amount of solvent and molar ratio of acid to alcohol were investigated, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: P-toluenesulfonic acid 4.0g, polymerization inhibitor YD 1.6g, toluene 70ml, molar ratio of acid to alcohol 7.2:1, reaction time 4H. The yield of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate was 71.4%.Key words:

The invention relates to a clean production method of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate with high yield, economic benefit and environmental benefit, and fundamentally solves the problem of organic wastewater pollution in the production process of dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate.

The catalyst is a composite catalyst composed of Phosphotungstic acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid, wherein the mass ratio of Phosphotungstic acid to p-toluenesulfonic acid is 1:2 to 6:1; The molecular formula of the Phosphotungstic acid is HPO. 12WO. xHO,x is an integer of 1 to 12; The molecular formula of p-toluenesulfonic acid is CHCHSOH. The catalyst is obtained by mixing Phosphotungstic acid with P-toluenesulfonic acid. In the reactor, dipentaerythritol, acrylic acid and solvent are added sequentially, and then polymerization inhibitor and catalyst are added to obtain mixture 1 and reaction to obtain mixture 2. The oil layer is obtained by extraction, pH is adjusted, washed and dried, the mixture 3 was obtained and purified to obtain dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate.
