Biotin-PEG4-alkyne is a biotin-labeled, PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Biotin-PEG4-alkyne is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups. PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein.
