DBCO-PEG4-alcohol is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups. PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein.
