ALKBH5-IN-4 (compound 3) is a RNA m6A demethylase ALKBH5 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.84 μM. ALKBH5-IN-4 shows inhibitory effect on leukemia cells[1].

ALKBH5-IN-4 (1-100 μM, 0-48 h) inhibits HEK-293T, CCRF-CEM, HL-60, Jurkat, K562, A-172 cells proliferation with IC50 s of >50, 1.38, 11.9, 47.8, 16.5, >50 μM, respectively[1]. ALKBH5-IN-4 (1-100 μM, 2 h) inhibits the RNA m6A demethylase ALKBH5 with anIC50 of 0.84 μM[1].
