Use

Pyrimidine -5-boric acid taenol ester is used to prepare indole derivatives and has a wide range of pharmacological activities as a selective Pim kinase inhibitor. It is also used to prepare TGF-β1 inhibitor and activin A signal transduction, and is an important chemical product and key pharmaceutical and chemical intermediate products.

preparation

borate ester was synthesized from pyrimidine chloride under Pd catalytic system with B 2 (pin) 2 as boron reagent at room temperature. the specific synthesis route is shown in the figure below.
