use | 2-fluorophenol is a phenol derivative. Phenol is an important basic organic raw material, and many of its downstream products involve many fields, mainly used in the manufacture of phenolic resin, bisphenol A and caprolactam. Phenol derivatives such as halogenated phenols, nitrophenols, and alkylphenols can be used in the production of medicines, pesticides, paints, dyes, explosives, and spices. Phenol compounds are widely found in nature. Flavors and many natural products contain phenol structures. is an important intermediate of pharmaceutical and agricultural chemicals, used to synthesize fungicides, herbicides, and can also synthesize dye liquid crystals, plastics and rubber additives. Used as intermediate of pesticide, medicine and dye |
preparation | add 1mmol phenol to 4ml of 10% acetic acid aqueous solution, add 1.5 mmolSelectfluor,0.05mmol Eosin Y to it, and react with 12W blue light at room temperature for 6 hours. after the reaction is over, add saturated NaCl aqueous solution to the reaction solution, extract with dichloromethane, and take the organic layer through anhydrous sodium sulfate drying, filtration, evaporation and drying, the crude compound is obtained. The crude compound was put into silica gel column chromatography, and the liquid with a volume ratio of ethyl acetate and petroleum ether of 1:9 was used as the mobile phase. TLC tracked and collected the eluent with an Rf value of 0.3-0.5. The collected eluent was reduced to remove the solvent and dried to obtain 2-fluorophenol 90mg (yield 77%). |
