| Production method | From butanol and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, it is synthesized through a two-step reaction. The specific technological process is as follows: 267kg of butanol and 32kg of concentrated sulfuric acid with a concentration of 96% are added to the reaction kettle, stirred, raised to 55 ℃, 324kg of epichlorohydrin is added dropwise, the temperature is controlled at 55-60 ℃ for about 4 hours, and the temperature is kept at 60-65 ℃ for 2 hours. Then, cool to 45 ℃, slowly add the mixed solution of tin tetrachloride and butanol (5kg tin tetrachloride dissolved in 5kg butanol), and then keep the temperature at 60-65 ℃ for 4 hours. After the reaction, decompressed distillation recovers unreacted epichlorohydrin and butanol until the temperature reaches 85-95 ℃ and the vacuum degree is 93.1kPa without epichlorohydrin and butanol. The epichlorohydrin butyl ether was obtained. The above reaction materials are cooled to 30-35 ℃, 432kg of sodium hydroxide with a concentration of 30% is added dropwise for about 4 hours, then the temperature is raised to 35-40 ℃ and the temperature is kept for 3 hours, then pure benzene is added under stirring, the temperature is raised until brine and alkaline water are released, and then the pH is about 6.5-7. Release the washing water, raise the temperature and remove benzene at normal pressure until the temperature of the feed liquid reaches 140 ℃, and then cool the discharge. The total yield of the two steps is about 95% based on butanol. |
